1. About JeepModels.com

JeepModels.com ("the Site", "we", "us") is an independent community platform for Jeep vehicle enthusiasts. It is operated as a privately owned website and is not affiliated with Jeep®, Stellantis N.V., FCA US LLC, or any other vehicle manufacturer or dealer network. These Terms govern your use of the Site, including all features, content, and services provided.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Site. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Site. You must provide accurate information during registration.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your account details remain accurate and up to date
• Logging out from shared devices
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

You may not share your account, create multiple accounts, or impersonate any other person or entity.

4. User-Generated Content

When you submit content to the Site — including photos, forum posts, classified ads, garage entries, and directory listings — you:

• Confirm that you own or have the right to share that content
• Grant JeepModels.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Site and in promotional materials
• Remain the copyright owner of your content
• Accept that content may be reviewed and approved by moderators before publishing

Prohibited Content

You must not submit content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Infringes any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property right
• Contains spam, unsolicited advertising, or pyramid schemes
• Is defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing, or hateful
• Contains explicit sexual content
• Promotes illegal activity
• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Is scraped or systematically collected from other sources without permission

5. Classifieds

The classifieds section is a venue for individual users to buy and sell Jeep-related items. JeepModels.com:

• Is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers
• Does not verify the accuracy of listings or the condition of items
• Does not guarantee the identity, trustworthiness, or legal standing of any user
• Is not responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from a transaction

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, compliance with applicable consumer laws, and the fulfilment of any transaction. Buyers transact entirely at their own risk and are encouraged to inspect items in person and to use secure payment methods.

Listing stolen property, fraudulent items, or regulated goods (including firearms without appropriate context) is strictly prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement.

6. Paid Features

Certain features — including featured classified ads and premium directory listings — require payment. By making a payment, you agree to the stated price and duration. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal; by using these services you also agree to their respective terms.

Refund Policy: Featured ad upgrades and premium directory listings are non-refundable once the listing has been activated and made live. If the listing is removed by a moderator for violation of these Terms within the paid period, no refund will be issued. If the site experiences a technical error preventing your listing from appearing, contact us for a resolution.

7. Directory Listings

Directory listings are provided for informational purposes. JeepModels.com does not endorse, verify the quality of, or guarantee the services of any listed business. Premium listing status is a paid promotional feature and does not constitute any form of recommendation or endorsement. Users engaging with listed businesses do so at their own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

The JeepModels.com name, design, code, and original content are the property of JeepModels.com. The Jeep® name, logo, and all related model names are registered trademarks of FCA US LLC. We use these marks under nominative fair use for informational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without prior written permission, except for brief quotations with attribution for non-commercial purposes.

9. Moderation and Account Termination

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms, without notice and without refund of any paid fees. We are not obligated to provide reasons for moderation decisions, though we will endeavour to do so where practical.

You may close your account at any time from your Account Settings. On closure, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and all content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses.

Vehicle specifications are provided for informational purposes only. Always verify specifications with an authorised Jeep dealer before making purchasing decisions. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in vehicle specifications or data.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JeepModels.com, its operators, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, any transaction conducted through the Site, or reliance on any content published on the Site.

11. Amazon Associates

JeepModels.com participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. Product links marked as affiliate links may earn us a small commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. We only link to products we believe are genuinely useful to our users.
